Use of the Apps by anyone not Authorized is prohibited. By using the Apps you agree to the Revecorp Privacy Policy and acknowledge the data which is collected and how it is used. Users can disable individual permissions at any time, but doing so may prevent the Apps from functioning properly.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Camera<\/strong> \u2013 The camera is used while using the apps to take pictures or video as requested by the user to document an inspection process or other situation where a picture or video is an efficient manner to document information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong> \u2013 Users are requested to approve a permission to collect location data via GPS and other methods both while the app is open and when the application is not open. A function of the applications is vehicle tracking, so this function only works if location services are allowed continuously.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Microphone<\/strong> \u2013 The microphone is only accessed while in the application to collect voice to be recorded or to be translated via text to speech.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phone<\/strong> \u2013 The phone permission is necessary to transmit data from the applications to the web portal which stores the data collected long term from the device.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storage<\/strong> \u2013 Data collected by the device is temporarily stored in local storage but will be deleted after a set period from the device. Local storage is also used to store data sent from the web portal needed to perform the functions of the applications including data such as users, vehicles, process templates and device configuration information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, when transactions are <strong>sent from the Apps to Revecorp<\/strong>, they may include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong><span>Device Metadata<\/span><\/strong> (e.g., Android ID, device serial number, screen resolution).<\/li>\n<li><strong><span>GPS Location Data<\/span><\/strong> (if
